About Me

I'm Melissa and I was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Growing up, I quickly attached myself to drawing as a kid and have been practicing ever since. I love having the freedom to creatively express myself and seeing my work come to life. You know what they say, "Keep your first love as a hobby and choose your second choice as your career." My second love happened to be programming. In university, I started learning programming and started diving deeper into the realm of computer science. After completing my Bachelor's, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in data science to further expand my knowledge and breakthrough in the tech industry. Up until now, my proficiency in programming is strongest in Python. Currently, I'm looking for entry-level job opportunities in data science & analytics, software engineering, and machine learning.
